Incentive Trip of a Lifetime

We created a custom travel itinerary for a large group of guests from India. It was an incentive trip for a pharmaceutical company and they requested every minute of the trip to be organized by our team. The goal was to introduce the visitors to Ukrainian culture in a fun, memorable way. The experience was a resounding success, and a few days after the trip, we received the following note from the group’s organizer: “Thanks for all the support. Would like to say it was one of the best trips in my 9 years of international travel.”

Concert Tour around Spain

We had an exciting opportunity to organize a tour around Spain for the Ukrainian ensemble Hromovytsya. Our team planned all the transportation, logistics and designed an interesting, thorough route that allowed the artists to discover Madrid, Barcelona, and surroundings. In addition, we set up a food tour in Valencia with a degustation of incredible local wines. This concert tour was an example of true cultural reciprocation – Hromovytsya shared a piece of Ukrainian culture while discovering the magnificence of Spain. We are proud to have made it all possible.

A New and Lasting Family Connection

The Zadderey family from Canada has roots in western Ukraine. They first contacted us in 2011 requesting some help. We used old photographs, documents, and oral stories, to piece together a part of their family history and find distant relatives in Ukraine. Now, every three to four years, the family visits Ukraine to explore their ancestral land and connect with relatives. Together, we have now traveled over 1000 kilometers, visited the most interesting, places, and tasted the most delicious foods. In 2019, the family came to participate in a traditional Ukrainian wedding of the relatives they connected with in 2011. It was an incredible experience and we are so happy to be a part of this wonderful family story.

Football Fans from Spain Tour Western Ukraine

In 2018, Lviv hosted the Tournament UEFA Region’s Cup. Fans of Federacion de Castilla y Leon de Futbol, who traveled to Lviv to support their team, enjoyed a ten-day tour of western Ukraine. We carefully worked with their schedule to plan fun and entertaining activities in Lviv, including a gourmet food tour of local cuisine and a degustation of Ukraine’s best wines. The group even enjoyed an adventure in the Carpathians and a weekend trip to Krakow.

A Trip down a Memory Lane for Guests from Vietnam

We absolutely love to help people make genuine connections with a place or with others. This was our experience when a group of six guests from Vietnam came to visit Ukraine. They were students in Kyiv over twenty years ago and wanted to connect with the places of their youth. Our team organized visits to their alma mater, to the student housing, and even helped them connect and meet with former classmates. The trip was full of nostalgia, emotions, and wonderful memories.
